01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dun55 at dun55.app, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet — casino or sports — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player") and dun55.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all dun55 services including the website, the dun55 mobile app, and any other channels through which the platform is accessible.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use dun55, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from dun55.

• You must hold only one account on dun55. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when placing bets or managing your account.

dun55 reserves the right to decline any registration application without explanation. Players found to have provided false registration information will have their accounts closed and any winnings voided.

03 Account Verification (KYC)

dun55 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC), involves submitting documentation to confirm your identity and address.

Standard verification documents accepted by dun55 include:

• A clear photo of the front and back of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card)
• A selfie holding your CNIC next to your face, with the text fully visible
• Additional documentation may be requested at dun55's discretion, including proof of payment method ownership

Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete. Documents must be clear and unaltered — blurred, cropped, or edited submissions will not be accepted and will extend the review process. Verification is typically completed within a few hours of correct documents being received. dun55 may request re-verification at any time for security purposes.

04Deposits & Payments

dun55 processes all deposits and payments exclusively in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). No currency conversion is applied on the platform side. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet, instant processing
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet, instant processing
• Raast — instant bank transfer via Pakistan's real-time payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfer, processing times vary by bank
• Debit/Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard accepted where supported
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet providers as shown at the cashier

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing limits are displayed at the cashier section of your account. dun55 does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.

dun55 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used before processing withdrawals from funds deposited via that method. Deposits that cannot be matched to the account holder's verified identity may be held pending investigation.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method on file for your account. The same method used for the most recent deposit is generally required for withdrawal, subject to availability. Supported withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and cards where applicable.

Typical processing times after a withdrawal request is submitted and approved:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Usually within minutes, up to a few hours in peak periods
• Raast: Same day in most cases, up to a few hours
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on receiving bank
• Cards: 3–5 business days depending on card issuer

dun55 applies no withdrawal fees from the platform side. The PKR amount requested is the amount dispatched. Any fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer are outside dun55's control. Minimum withdrawal amounts start from PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods.

Account verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is approved will remain pending until verification is finalised. dun55 may request additional documentation for larger withdrawal amounts as part of routine security checks.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

dun55 offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, sports free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is shown at the point of offer acceptance.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credits outside the wagering process.

• Sports free bet credits do not form part of the withdrawal amount; only net winnings from free bets are withdrawable.

• Attempting to abuse a bonus — including through coordinated wagering strategies, use of multiple accounts, or placing offsetting bets — will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account suspension.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players using dun55 for entertainment. Where dun55 identifies patterns consistent with bonus abuse, it reserves the right to withhold the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it, regardless of whether the wagering requirement has technically been met.

07 Casino Games & Sports Betting

dun55 offers a range of casino products including slots, table games, video poker, and live casino with real dealers, as well as a sports betting section covering cricket (including PSL and T20 international fixtures), football, esports, and other markets.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. dun55 does not manipulate outcomes. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game error during a round, the following rules apply:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet stake will be returned to your account balance.
• dun55 is not liable for any perceived loss of winnings arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.
• In the event of a software error that produces an obviously incorrect result or payout, dun55 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake.

For sports betting, all bets are settled according to the rules published on the platform for the relevant market. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result dispute, dun55's settlement decision is final. PSL and cricket matches settled in line with the official result as confirmed by the relevant cricket board.

dun55 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close the account of any player whose betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated activity inconsistent with recreational use of the platform.

08 VIP Programme

The dun55 VIP programme rewards active players with points earned through real-money wagering on casino games and sports betting. Points accumulate toward tier progression from Bronze through Diamond level. Benefits at higher tiers include priority withdrawal processing, increased daily limits, exclusive bonus offers, and a dedicated VIP support contact.

VIP points and tier status are not transferable between accounts. dun55 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier benefits, and points allocation at any time. VIP status does not create a contractual entitlement to any specific benefit level — changes will be communicated through the platform with reasonable notice where possible.

Players who are self-excluded, under investigation, or whose accounts are suspended will have their VIP status paused for the duration of any restriction period.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dun55 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on dun55, whether under the same or different personal details
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or verification information
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with casino games or the betting platform
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or miscalculated odds — any winnings from such exploitation are void
• Engaging in coordinated betting activity or match-fixing in connection with any sports market on dun55
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised means
• Using dun55 for money laundering, structuring transactions, or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dun55 staff or other users through any communication channel
• Sharing account access with another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account

10 Account Suspension & Closure

dun55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension include — but are not limited to — suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, failure to complete verification, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, funds within the account will be held pending the outcome of the review. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in part or in full depending on the nature of the breach. Where no breach is found, any withheld funds will be returned promptly.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so through account settings or by contacting dun55 support. Any pending verified withdrawal at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be removed upon account closure.

11 Responsible Gaming

dun55 is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. The platform is intended for adults who engage with casino games and sports betting as a leisure activity within their personal budget. If gaming stops being enjoyable and starts causing financial stress, it is time to step back.

13 Limitation of Liability

dun55 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain uptime and service availability, dun55 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or third-party service failures.

To the maximum extent permitted, dun55's liability to any player in connection with use of the platform — including any claim arising from a game outcome, payment delay, or account action — is limited to the net deposited funds held in the player's account at the time the claim arises. dun55 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14 Changes to These Terms

dun55 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, dun55 will attempt to notify registered players through in-platform messaging or email where possible.

Continued use of dun55 following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and any eligible withdrawal.
